These are two of only a handful of pictures that I have of the Roadster during it's service as my high school daily driver. These were taken at a small look-out point on Altamonte Road in Birmingham. Altamonte was one of those twisty mountain top roads that doubled as a race track after school. I learned how to drive in this car on this road. The car was painted Cordovan brown at the time. My folks had promised me a paint job but I got tired of waiting so I painted the car myself with about $50 worth of Duplicolor spray paint.
