Master Slayer by Monkey

This prestige class is available as Open Game Content

A Master Slayer is a person who has become adept at slaying one type of creature, this defaults to undead, but that is not always the case. The slayer becomes a person that seems to instill a graphic sense of fear in his prey. They have honed all their skills, their weapons, their thoughts, their very will toward destroying the creatures they hunt. This has gone so far as to make them quite the fanatic. It is not unheard of, for one to go off and end up dying from taking too many of their foe on.

Class Features

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: none

Favored Enemy - By the same rules that apply for the same ability that a Ranger has, however, the Slayer may not pick up any additional Favored enemies.

Sense Enemy - The slayer can sense any of their favored enemy within line of sight distance. This means they can sense them through walls, even if they can't sense where exactly.

Trusted Blow - Any unarmed strike against the slayer's favored enemy deals 1 extra die in damage. This may be used 2 times per day + 1 for every level above level 3 in Master Slayer.

Spiritual Fortitude - With this ability, the slayer's fortitude is enhanced by their level when resisting anything with fortitude from their favored enemy.

Invisibility to Enemy - As long as the Slayer doesn't strike his favored enemy, he may move un-sensed. Once an attack is dealt, the invisibility is dropped. This may be used 4 times per day + 1 for every level above level 5 in Master Slayer.

Spiritual Reflexes - The DC of the slayer is increased by his level, when being attacked by a favored enemy.

Trusted Strike - This ability transfers the Trusted Blow ability to any weapon used by the slayer. This may be used 3 times per day + 1 for every level above level 7 in Master Slayer.

Glorious Strike - This ability may be used with either a weapon or an unarmed strike. This grants the attacker an automatic critical on every attack, and it adds the level in Master Slayer to the Damage dealt to his favored enemy. There is normally a flash of white light when this goes off. This may be used 1 time per day + 1 for every level above level 8 in Master Slayer.

Redemption - With this ability, the Slayer may calm his favored enemy to the point that they simply yield to his strike. This grants him an auto hit at Critical. This may be used one time per day.

Immunity to Enemy - At this level, any magic or attack given to the slayer by his favored enemy deals 1d4 damage only.

Judgment's Call - With this ability, it takes the Redemption ability to its highest form. The Favored enemy need only be touched before it simply dies, there is no resurrection from this attack. There is no saving throw, as the Favored Enemy welcomes the call. This may only be used once per day. When this power is used, the Slayer gains a mark somewhere on his body, which is called a Judgment mark, these marks are the stains on his soul. And for each one, it is said his death will be that much more painful.
