Taken on 1/5/2004 form Tierra Verde, Florida, this sunset image shows the large sunspot number 536 (to the left and up from the seagull). It also shows a hint of the rare "green flash" event. Image taken with a Borg 76ED and an Olympus C4000Z digital camera at full optical zoom using a Tele Vue 27mm Panoptic. A single exposure at F8 - 1/650 second. Processed in PhotoShop CS and Neat Image.
