Design Notes:

The ACNS Hornet is the Ariisite (Verge/Ariis 2439) Colonial Navy's standard Provincial Carrier. The Ariisite Colonial Navy has ten ships of the Hornet class in service at this time, deployed in two carrier Crurons.

The Hornet class is designed to carry 320 medium fighters (FS15), each with a two-man crew; however, they will carry up to 640 light fighters, with a one-man crew (like the FL15 or FL15M).

The design is based upon the Imperial VP-15 Provincial Carrier from GDW's MegaTraveller book Fighting Ships of the Shattered Imperium. The ACNS Hornet was designed for Ben Pew.
