Design Notes
The SSC12CS is a relatively low tech (average stellar) robotic relay communications satellite. The HEPlaR drives are able to place the craft in orbit and maintain it there for extended periods of time. When the HEPlaR drive is not needed the power plant can drop to 0.19 MW, allowing it to remain on station without refueling for over 6 years.
