When provided, I'm quite pleased to insert "You're Listening to ElectricBlues Radio" type Station ID spots
into my playlists. It doesn't have to be real fancy... if you have a mic on your PC you could whip something
up with the Windows sound recorder in just a few minutes. At a minimum, all the spot needs to be is a simple
voice-only recording stating something like:
"This is Funky Freddie of the Blues Blasters,
and this great music is being brought to you by ElectricBluesRadio.com." However, if your creative juices are flowing don't be shy, go ahead and jazz it up. Add some background music, get in a quick blurb for your band's website, home turf, whatever. Just keep it clean and limit running time to no more than 30-45 seconds.
