don't have the time, money, or like me...the artistic ability.
You may want to consider Digital ScrapBooking.
I finally found a software program I love. It is
Scrapbook Factory Deluxe

I admit I also use my Adobe Photoshop Elements to get extra
fancy. The scrapbook product does take time to learn all it's
wonderful features, but overall it is very user friendly.
I hope this inspires many parents to start making those albums!!!
