Style Fake Checkboxes in Internet Explorer

Problem: IE does not support styling form checkboxes

This version works in Windows IE5+ Windows. The technique involves CSS font substitution which is not supported in any W3C standard. However, font substitution is easy and very reliable in this limited context.
