I have a lot of fun on 10 Meters.  I own the Radio Shack mobile 10 meter rig HTX-10.  This rig is a basic all mode (FM, AM, SSB) 10 meter transceiver that works great.  It only lacks a CTCSS tone generator.  Since then, I have acquired an ICOM 706MKIIG, which is a very nice rig.  With my G5RV antenna, I am now active on 80 meters through 70 centimeters.

My first contact on 10 meters came on a Boston to Clearwater auto trip.  From the Delaware Memorial Bridge on the New Jersey/Delaware border, I contacted 6Y5RB, a station in the country of Jamaica (I was KG4FHA at the time).
