Zachary Elias

Zachary was born May 2, 1998. This page will chronical his life and times. I have never had a puppy before. I got my first black lab, Kaylon, when he was about 6 months old. So, while he was still a puppy, I did not have the chance to experience all of puppy hood. It is trying, but worth it. Zachary's first day in puppy kidergarten was August 4, 1998. He graduated on September 29. He is about six months old in this picture.

		This is Zachary with one of his brothers at 3 weeks old.
		I think this was about his first or second day with me. He came home at 7 weeks old.
		He started retreiving right away.
		He is about 8 weeks old in this photo. He went with me to Shelby's birthday party and this was the first time he went swimming with me. This shot was taken in front of the pool.
		Here he is almost 5 months old. He is growing fast!!
		Rather humorous here. I took the photo not realizing until after it was developed that his paw that is coming forward looks like he is pointing to one of those dreaded puppy stains. I have since then cleaned my carpets and he is now fully potty trained
		Another graduation picture taking once we got back home. I highly recommend a puppy kindergarten. It has helped tremendously! He starts basic training on October 8.
