Rueben Turnovers

1   12 oz can of Corned beef, flaked
1   16 oz can of sauerkraut, drained
1   4 oz package of shredded Swiss cheese
1/2   Cup of Russian dressing
2   8 oz cans of Pillsbury crescent rolls
2   T of melted butter or margarine
1   T of Poppy seeds

Unroll dough and separate into 8 rectangles. Pinch perforations to seal. Moisten edges of dough. Pile equal portions of corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and dressing onto each piece of dough. Be generous, the dough will stretch. Fold over and pinch to seal edges. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake in preheated 400º oven for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown. Yield 8 servings.
