CONSTRUCTION SET=Includes floor plan with door and window schedules & electrical layout, 4 exterior elevations, standard slab foundation plan, and standard construction detail sheet(s)
FHA/VA/USGA SET=Includes everything in construction set (listed above) plus J-form (ht/ac calculations), Ht/AC layout plan, millwork elevations, & standard specification (description of materials list) pertaining to construction of plan. I am qualified to certify your plans for these agencies if you provide the additional items needed (site plan, etc).

Plans under 2000 sq. ft. htd.=$300 for 5 sets (construction set)
Plans under 2000 sq. ft. htd.=$400 for 5 sets (FHA,VA,USGA farm/home)
Plans from 2000-2500 sq. ft. htd.=$350 for 5 sets (construction set)
Plans from 2000-2500 sq. ft. htd.=$450 for 5 sets (FHA,VA,USGA farm/home)
Plans from 2500-3000 sq. ft. htd.=$400 for 5 sets (construction set)
Plans from 2500-3000 sq. ft. htd.=$500 for 5 sets (FHA,VA,USGA farm/home)
Plans over 3000 sq. ft.=call or e-mail for price quote
Buyer to pay cost of shipping, handling & insurance
